SiteLab ("we", "our", "us") is a website builder platform operated by Cyberdyne Secure Solution LLC, based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our application at app.sitelab.mn.

By using SiteLab, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Account information. When you sign in with Facebook, we receive and store:

Your name
Your email address
Your profile picture
Your Facebook user ID

Facebook Page data. If you grant SiteLab permission to manage your Facebook Page, we access:

Page name, category, and profile picture
Page posts and content (for cross-publishing)
Basic Page analytics (follower count, engagement)

Content you create. We store all content you create through the platform, including website text, images, business information, and blog posts.

Technical data. We automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns to improve the service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and maintain your SiteLab account
Build and host your website
Publish content to your website and connected social media channels
Display aggregated site analytics on your dashboard
Send essential service notifications (billing, domain expiry, account changes)
Improve and maintain the platform

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Public website content. Content you publish to your website is publicly accessible by design.
Facebook. When you use cross-publishing, we send your content to Facebook on your behalf using the permissions you granted.
Service providers. We use third-party services for hosting, domain registration, and payment processing. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 48 hours.

If your subscription lapses and your account remains dormant for 90 days, we will notify you before removing your data.

Delete your account and all associated data at any time
Revoke Facebook permissions through your Facebook settings
Export your website content

8. Cookies and tracking

SiteLab uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

9. Children's privacy

SiteLab is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of SiteLab after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
