User Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your personal data from SiteLab.

Overview

SiteLab is committed to protecting your privacy. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time using any of the methods described below.

What data do we store?

When you sign in with Facebook, SiteLab stores the following information:

• Your Facebook user ID
• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture
• Facebook Page information (if you granted Page permissions)

In addition, SiteLab stores content you create within the platform, including website content, images, posts, domain configurations, and account settings.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to the address below with the following information:

1. Write an email to info@sitelab.mn with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your account email address (the one you used to sign up)
3. Include your Facebook User ID (if available)
4. State that you want all your data deleted from SiteLab

Deletion timeline

The following data will be deleted:

• Your user account and profile information
• All data obtained from Facebook
• Website content, images, and posts
• Domain configurations and connections

Your domain name will remain in your ownership for the duration of its registration period.

Revoking Facebook permissions

You can also revoke SiteLab's access directly from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Select Apps and Websites
3. Find SiteLab and click Remove
